How to use this cheat table?

1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

Hello guys.. Apparently I've used C.E for a long time now..I've been trying to use the latest table 1.15.. After ticking all the boxes the cheats aren't working...And pls what is the recifense table ..Do I still need to download another table after the C.E...Pls will appreciate you guys support thanks

Try to tick boxes while the game is still loading and before the main menu appears. And if you want to add extra building slots using fearless code, you need to click a province with a named city. With recifense table you can click any province to edit building slots.

Hello bro..Thanks for reply me...But the issue I'm having is even after doing as you said choosing the province I want to edit.. I still can't edit anything on the table the VALUE column always stays with question mark nothing has changed and I can't edit..
Previous table I used in the past will automatically bring values to edit on the table after choosing what you want..
Pls what am I doing wrong will appreciate your reply..Thanks

This is what works for me.

It works until I use a command (It crashes).

I also use Steam 1.16.0.
