OK I managed to recompute the save checksum through a Python script. It works just fine.

How to use this cheat table?

1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

launch the game while cheat engine is open while the game is loading to the main menu you need to attach the engine to the game and activate the green enable achievements before the main menu loads

You can always go into single player non ironman game, use console, save it and then start save as multiplayer.
I did it with my friend to bypass the soviet right opposition RNG bullshit.
Word of advice, if any command would require time to pass, or you would need to wait for an event to fire, then remember to turn off the ai for those few days, else it will mess up your country (learned this the hard way XD). And remember, to never, EVER leave decision.nochecks running, or else very bad things happen.
