I reworked Damage Modifier again. I cannot seem to reproduce the problem even when setting EnemyDamageMultiplier to 2 now, so maybe it's fixed. Let me know. I also added the following options for Suikoden I:

How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

Have success doing this to speed up eiyuden chronicle but I failed to speed up suikoden remaster.
In eiyuden I enable it with change eiyuden fps to enable speed up. But I fail at suikoden remaster. I change graphical to 1920 to 1600 and back with no success

and is weapon rune pointer makeable? (i can find the weapon level in byte, but don't see the rune piece)

Not every enemy has 2 drops (some have none), so going with First usually works, but I'm not positive how many enemies have more than one drop.
This is NOT working - specifically for the Opal in Soniere Prison - though it seems to work elsewhere, oddly enough.
Edit: It does work, but it only works for creatures in the front row. So anything you defeat in the second row, you don't get the item. So when trying for the Nameless Urn or the Opal, you need a random encounter with the creaturee that drops it in the front row. And that means creatures that START in the front row. Killing the front row and letting them move forward won't solve that.

Then kept hitting increase,
then right at the end of the 60.00,
one more time increase, t
hen unchanged value,
before I played another card game.
I was left with 3 addresses, the one that worked was the last address.
Have no idea how anyone could beat that game in 9 seconds.

There was bug with Infinite Rune Use Activate Trainer which is causing crashes at the Spider Queen boss, so please use this updated table instead. Previous versions are borked.
