Yeah some pointers don't work. Depends on your game version. Thank you!!! It worked! Turns out, exiting or reloading game wasn't enough, the problem was that I needed to reload the actual area with a homeward bone. That bit helped out a lot. Try opening this one, attach to process and go to:
-> Enable Cheats
World Progression Flags
Revive and De-aggro Npc
Set the values you want to 0 to revive and reload the area with a homeward bone or something.
