I still can't manage to find the technologies. I tried to go into the menu, to do stuff to increase it so the numbers are updated, but nothing works.
In fact, anything under village manager isn't updated.

Then you're looking in the completely wrong pointer. Check the first one.
My updated table has hard coded offsets that are already populated.
PlayerCharacter, not Find Offsets

This only works for a new game. You can't do this in old saves. It`s a pity to lose the progress if the settlement older than 10 years.

Just curious. Is there a way to dictate the weather? I'd love to get it to snow more often in winter, just for the atmosphere.

Added Day / Night System pointers. You can bump Cloud Density up to 20 to make it rain. Snow too when it's cold?
