Anyone had any luck getting the compound bow to save? I've got the Bullhorn, Giest, THI-PE armour set to save, but no luck with any bows. I have even strengthened but it won't save the damn bow.

How to use this cheat table?
  1. Install Cheat Engine
  2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
  3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
  4. Keep the list.
  5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

Try the save load out trick, seems to work with everything I have tried. Also I ran in to a guy in coop with one today... pretty uncouth

is it possible or anyone found out how to add accessories alone in the accessories gear instead of replacing head gear for any of the accessory items?

Apparently the new update that Konami posted can now able to craft epic weapons, I just got my advanced weapon workshop recipe getting from salvage mission.

Yeah, the new Hard Daily Salvage Mission apparently drops the Advanced stuff now, or the Advanced Weapon Workshop at least.

sigh, not played MGS for a few days or so, trying to load it up, crashing when logging into the server, once again. I've even removed my userdata too, but nothing.

2. There will be many address, you have to switch with another item or just unequip then search for "00"
3. make that many times then you will have just 1 or 2 address then edit that to what you want (there is a lot of other Byte code.. I was just interested for actual cosmetic..) then just switch cross to ohter items but DONT unequip for applicate the changement.
4. For Saving for next time, you have to save that on a storage slot like that :

metal gear has just died for me cuz there is no content and i have done everything, have to wait for new dlcs

It was kinda the same for me until today, given that they've atleasted added some content, but then I ended up accidentally adding 10005 of 4 different traps to my character, and got my weight permanantly stuck at 27139%.

OH WELL, Time to delete my avatar and redo the story. Atleast I'll keep all my resources, equipment and all that stuff that doesnt get deleted when you delete or make a new character.

seems like infinite throwables and ammo broke. Its filling up your inventory with blank weight.

EDIT :
Looks like there's a hard limit to placing units down as well. wtf.

That was me lol. I knew I was forgetting something when I put it on pastebin ffs, now to figure out how to edit the damn thing, or failling that, delete it.

Alright, can you elaborate on how did you manage to open the .dat files? i talked with Atvaark which is the creator of the gzstool for the mgs files and appareantly there are no plan of updating that tool on the near future to make it work with Survive, basically without a tool like that modding is not gonna go far.

I didn't datamine those IDs, Veav did that. I only named them and sorted via category, my post is like 15-20 pages back iirc.

As for how to extract the dat files, there was an updated qar/gzstool released 17 days ago with Survive support and anothe release 4 days ago, some guy on reddit linked it to me: [Link]
It works basically the same way it did for MGSV. I've only used it for extracting the game's sound files, more particularly the music tracks.
