The no Skill / Burst Cooldown is fixed by SinGul4ritY

Hi Brother, Thanks for working on this CT.
Just letting you know I am getting different addresses on my end than seen in your screenshots and that is why I think enabling the DMG multiplier does nothing for me. I have tried on Chongyun Q, Amber All, Traveler's last sword attack as well as Raiden Shogun. Previously on the 2.5 version, the DMG used to work on all of these. Also since the addresses on my end are different so I am assuming that is the cause. Can you please check into it? TIA

guess i do indeed need to check it... can take some time.

ps. the address difference is normal, it's allocated space,,, they are not pointers ( good notice tho )

ok since fixing the AOB didn't work i checked the code and saw nothing "bad" there
so i gonna need to debug and trace the whole thing.... this gonna mean this will be very time consuming ( for me ),
especially on my debug account which has very few characters.
so i hope:
