Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

Yeah but how do you stack it when they are wearing it? It says to set to stackable and then drop it on the real one and then use ctrl to separate. Does that still work for copying peoples things?

Yea when it comes to coping someone else's stuff thats a bit harder. When trying to manually change the name it tends to crash the game. I'll look into it some more and post an update if i figure out a way. For now you can dupe your own stuff or others and change names down the line when I find a way to do that

They should all have a name and description other than user equipment name. All this means is that no one has maxed out the item and changed the name. If you want a name in that field simply buy the upgrades to max it or change the level to 1 below the max level in the editor then spend 1 upgrade to max it and now you can change the item name in game.
The issue is you can't add a name to a pointer that doesn't exist yet. Since the game has never assigned a name to that field you first need the add it before it can be edited. As far a I can tell any item you max level you can then give it a custom username in game
