You have to first Dissect (Memory View > Tools > Dissect Code), then use the Dissect Code Save so that next time you load the game you can just use the Dissect Code Load, instead of redoing the Dissect. Question 2: How can you get the IDs of armor and weapon mods? If the answer is with the UE dumper, how do you use it? Every time I try to compile it errors.

Seems the Process isn't selected.
i did select the process like this
The Process has to have the Outriders Icon beside it. I think that happens when you're using the x86 version of CE, you need to use the x64 version.
