I've tried it and it works.
I've used 1. Must be Awaken
2. Get TP after battle
3. Ornithopter climbing power up
4. Analysis 100%
5. Arts & Spell position level

Even though they work, I think the Analysis brings about some glitches,
The ones I encountered :
1. I entered and exited a new area and it still remains as ???, fixed when I turn the cheat off
2. My character TP point goes down to 0 and won't increase, didn't change even I turn the cheat off
3. Stuck in the white screen between chain battles, need to shut the game

Overall they're tolerable glitches
hope to get 100% drop rate next.

Yes about that, even after I close cheat engine and reset the game, it doesn't get fixed.
My character's TP remained 0, even though I received TP from battles.

You are not supposed to win the fight against Grossa. However, it is possible to do so by having strong characters transfered from a NG+. Defeating Grossa will trigger a Secret "Joke" Ending, therefore allowing you to actually clear the game in less than 15 minutes

Damage Modifier (God Mode, One Hit Kill, etc)
Pointer to Money

The Strength and related stats are only one byte and it seems 50 makes the colored area of the status menu large, so perhaps you are not supposed to get very high stats. I plan on adding more as I have time but have to stop for now.

EDIT 1:
Sorry for the slow updates,but I haven't had much time to play the game. I have come up with a Damage Modifier that seems to work for me. Let me know of any issues with it and I plan to add more options later.
Hi, another thing that must be added beyond the gems and that the weapons when you use the limit do not break, and frustratingly go to repair them and make km of road to get to the city of teleportation every time.

I'm sorry, I was meaning to flesh out this table with more options but have become very busy again with life stuff. I kind of hate to leave the table in it's current state, but will try to get back to it as I get more time.

Doesn't work with my version. No scripts would get ticked.

I got the Codex release but I used the addition that switched the game from the Steam version to the GoG one (because keyboard won't work on the Steam one).

How does the game store Talent points anyway? I can't search for them.

Since cheat engine makes the game too unstable for me, I decided to do edits of the savefile instead, the bonus is it works on both Steam & GOG version.

In cheat engine, after opening the cheat file, instead of "open process" you "open file" and load your non-quick save from
%USERPROFILE%\Saved Games\TheAllianceAliveHD\Steam or
%USERPROFILE%\Saved Games\TheAllianceAliveHD\GOG

Character talent points are total talent minus what that character has learned. If you have 5k total and your character used 2k, they have 3k character talent points remaining, if you unlearn those skills, it goes back to 5k. If you enable a 10k points worth of skill, your character will have 0 talent points remaining, and will remain that way until your total talent points is above 10k.

New Game + flag won't show a clear star on your save, but it will activate all the respective events. I did put in a code to add the Clear game star and counter, but as far as I can tell it is only cosmetic and actually doesn't activate NG+, at least on its own.

Version 4: Added Clear Game Flag so you can do NG+ events
Version 3: Learn/Unlearn talents for all Characters
Version 2: Learn/Unlearn talents for Galil
Version 1: Guild Levels

Feel free to improve the formatting or if you find anything add more stuff to my table
Notes that may or may not help with searching for things in ram
The first thing I looked for was guild levels. Since the game likes to pack bits and nibbles, as observed with the chaos gems, it is likely that the Guild level structure is the same in ram as well.

In the savefile, it is a sequence of nibles BS LT R0 where B=Blacksmith S=Signimancy L=Library T=Tactics, and R=recon
So if you have the following levels(notice the order is different then what is in the menu)

Blacksmith 2
Signimancy 3
Library 8
Tactics 5
Recon 1

Which is represented as this sequence of bytes at offset 0x079C
23 85 10

Change it to AA AA A0 to have level 10 for all 5 guilds.

The other thing I checked was chaos gems and talent, it seemd that chaos was a little endian word containing the bytes at offset 0x14 & 0x15 in the save file, and talent was a little endian double word formed from the bytes 0xC to 0xF

But they didn't seem to work, I'll probably look at this a bit more later.

Update:
Now that I am trying to solve talents a different way, I can add some notes about that.

The characters in the save file are seperated by an offset of 0x42C bytes and some bits in this order 'Galil','Renzo','Gene','Tiggy','Azura','Rachel','Vivian','Ignace','Barbarosa','Shiki','Matilda','Robbins'

Talents are done by the bit, in this order of categories 'Unarm','Sword','GSword','Axe','Spear','Staff','Bow','Shield','Cannon', A flag that enables the Spell talent, then "Spell", "Sigil", "Ability", "Move".

The talents have an interleave I am unfamiliar with. For example for Galil, Unarm talent starts at bit 2 of byte 0xE51 runs to bit 7 then does 0xE50 bit 0, then 0xE51 bit 1. So when going down the list of talents you increment the bits up to 7, then when you wrap around to bit 0 the address is previous byte, then bit 1-7 is on the next byte, and repeat.

Then for Renzo it starts at 1313 bit 4 with Talent: Novice and continues in this pattern of address and bits, this time bits 0-2 are the previous address, 3-7 are the next address.

1313: Bit 7 - Talent Heroic
1312: Bit 0 - Talent Legend
1312: Bit 1 - Attack Com
1312: Bit 2 - Guard Com
1314: Bit 3 - Support Com

I generated the talents table with python code, here is an excerpt which shows how to calculate the starting address/bit and interleave for each character

Looks like the max save-able stats are based on powers of 2. What I've seen so far:
-Max max HP: 1023 = 2^10 - 1
-Max max SP: 127 = 2^7 - 1
-Max STR/END/FOC/SEN/AGI: 31 = 2^5 - 1

Set values above those, save and reload, and they will be set below those values in modulo overflow fashion (i.e. set 1025 HP results in 1 HP).
