Hello, why is it that every time the clear expenditure script is used at the end of the month it erases the expenses, everything is at 0 but when we move on to the next month it redisplays the few expenses from before?

I've not used it in this save but as you've pointed it out, I tested it and you are right, it does clear all expenditure to 0 for everything on the final day and hour, but progressing to the next day, it shows last months expenditure at the top and below that in Finances.
What it is actually doing is removing Last Season's expenditure instead of Last Months. To me this looks like a bug, so if tdg6661 could please take a look at it.

And I can´t download Cheatengine 7.6, i have only access to Cheatengine 7.5

You'll have to install CE 7.6 as the way the table works has changed, and follow the advice above to enable the table twice. This is normal for some 7.6 tables. During CE 7.6 install, and when asked, remove previous settings to get a clean install. You should always be able to run the table directly, as otherwise, it suggests a problem with the compatibility of CE.
