So given that a patch usually breaks the script, is there any particular reason you decided to be a smartarse, patronising, holier-than-thou twat instead of just politely saying it still works, like a decent person would?

Updated the extension table for 1.11.3. If you use the open beta, you can make the cheap planes work there by changing the AOB for UPG1b:

probably because I asked at the beginning: did the patch break the table?

Any way we can get a cheat for editing the amount of equipment we have? Like an all equipment like the console has?

It's theoretically possible, but since the equipment is dynamically generated during game play it's pretty difficult to do.

The fast construction seems to work only partially when building railroads. I think when you are increasing the level it works but when you are building new ones it doesnt. Can anyone else verify if this is happening?

It works here. I tested it in 1.11.3 with DX9, DX11 with no mods, and DX9 with a couple of mods. Do you have some big mods installed? If so, could you try to start a game with no mods and see if it works?

Sadly, those are all determined by their own individual variables and would require extensive modding of game files.

For example, the variable for time to complete for merging Soviet manufacturing plants is called "sov_merge_designers_time".

I use the console command "Decision.NoChecks", does that not work for you?
