The game is updated regardless of your DLC purchase.
With Steam, there's no way to play previous versions of the game unless the game specifically offers it through the "betas" feature under properties, which this game does not.

Either you play the latest version.
Or you download the game and put Steam in offline mode indefinitely to prevent any updates from ever occurring in any of your games. That's just how Steam works. And most other game launchers for that matter.

Either way, this table/trainer needs an update for it to work.

Hi, here's a working table for the Revontuli update (v2304628) with Freeze Game Time, Animal Highlight, Animal Sense Manipulation and Carry Capacity Modification.

I've not tested it on the new map, but it should show rare fur types and everything just fine.
For the Carry Capacity to work, do the following: Activate script, interact with the cache at an outpost/tent, click on the 'Storage' tab. Now the number in the table should be filled in. Change it to your liking and go out of the cache menu and into storage again and it should have taken effect.
