How can I delete duplicate items. I have multiple swords and armor.

i need help with keeping the items that i want like i already follow the tutorial but every time i load, it reset the items, i already tick the [patch file] before getting the items/packs that i want, but it says 'Exe file is already patched,skipping'. if anyone know how to fix this problem please tell me how to fix it.

Delete the .exe and let Uplay reacquire the file, then patch again

it work for the rest but for the bulk getitem : helix store it seems i have some problem after i save and load the items disappear.
