Then you should update the game to the latest version (23.2.0). Or use Table Update 4 to use it on old version.

Update 4 doesn't work with my game either, tells me Football Manager 2023 23.1.0 expected. And there is no update to download.

It's strange; everything seems to be okay with Steam, as I'm also a user.What does CE look like after you open the CT file? I expected there to be a title panel, a signature panel, and a dark theme.
