How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

For what it's worth I was able to get an existing table working with the GamePass version by replacing the name of the .exe within the .ct file. If you do a search for "Ashen-Win64-Shipping.exe" and replace with "Ashen-UWP64-Shipping.exe" it should load and give you the majority of the features.
