Hello. Can you please tell me how to manually edit panic levels? Ive managed to edit everything else I need but I cant figure out a way to change panic.

Hi, how can I use this? The addresses all displays ???????, I'm using CE 7.5 if that matters. I have tried both XcomEW and XcomEW2Fixed, both can't seem to find the proper address and displays ???????
Edit: Nvm, I found the "proper" game.

The soldier tactical isn't turning on, just has a constant refresher on when i click it.
