Rivalry #1 is always your Teammate
Rivalry #2 cannot be set until the game allows you to.

Added Current Team Goal Data:
If the objective type is position related (qualify in position x or better, or finish the race in position x or better) subtract 1 from the value as it is offset from 0. For instance if the game says Qualify in position 13 or better, the value in table is 12 not 13.

Weekly Progress is added to Overall Progress when you advance to next race weekend, not before.

The gearbox wear reset you can already do. Just open the engine wear and put 0 in the gearbox entry. I'm still working on the other ones.

I am still trying to find the Sportsmanship / Showmanship values, however as i haven't had as much time to actually play the game as i'd like, and that this bar only seems to change after interviews, it will take a long play session to have a chance of finding anything related to this.

As far as the Your Value vs Contract Value, there shouldn't be a need to alter this actually, as it is auto calculated depending on all the other variables.

you should work on the grip of the car then the engine power and weight.

A tyre temparature cheat would be good as well im currently on singapore and i do have quite a lot of trouble with tyre temparatures

Codemasters has now released a new update for F1 2018. The patch itself is available now for PC owners and will be available tomorrow for PS4 owners. As for Xbox One owners, the patch won’t be available until later this week.

Interviews – Option included to turn off or extend the interview timer – you can find this option in Preferences -> Gameplay Settings -> Press Interview Time Limit.
Fixed an issue where race fuel load was insufficient to finish a race after using the race strategy practice program in a restarted practice session – NOTE: This fix will only apply after you go to the next Race Weekend. You may also have to complete a Race Strategy Practice Programme for it to take full effect.

For me everything works just fine.
