I don't see what else "big" this game needs. There is this table which gives you everything you need for a decent play-through. You have god, infinite stamina and a function to get EVERY item possible in the inventory. What else BIG is missing? I believe you're looking for custom stuff you've gotten used to across years, which is something I, personally, am not willing to accommodate. You guys/gals need to understand these tables are done on our free time, when we can, with whatever we have in our minds at a certain point in time to add to them. You will have to revisit maps, as with what you want you'll break game/quest progression. Quests are not given linearly; you have to rescue several people. Then they gradually assign quests to you. Which will open up the way to other sections of a map. And these sections are scripted to run some actions. Like doors are scripted to open, which you can't open otherwise, even with those 3 skills. And this occurs only when the quest is activated. So what will happen later on is you'll return to the topic and bitch your save-game is bricked and you can't achieve 100% completion. And ask us to make an option so you can complete quests... Since one thing leads to another, I vote NO for your request.
