Is there a way to cheat/change the weapon perks? Sometimes a weapon rolls with a stupid perk and you just wanna change it

Considering the amount of games out lately, I can't keep track with every game and every update. However, if you insist I deliver updates of my table for this title, you can check the option in my signature (via Patreon). Please note the service does not apply only to this game and this table, but to every other you see here on FRF posted by me. So you shouldn't think "too much for one table update". Thanks.

@sunbeam Regarding the dinput8.dll in the zip. When I download it, it says I need a password and won't unpack it. Is that intentional?
