Did you update Win 10 to the last version? I'm reading online other people as well in the last week can't unlock acheivements on GP PC, maybe it's related to the last Win10 update?
Tested game version 1.0.100.0 on the May 2021 Windows 10 cumulative update and it's working with no problems.
All I can say is to follow the instructions word for word; not sure what else to tell you.
I did it before and it worked with no problem, but I simply can't make it work anymore from two days.
Dunno, just performed a Windows Store reset after I deleted the game but it doesn't work. I just want to know why it worked before and now it seems dead, lol.

Game version still 1.0.100.0 table works fine, looks like no more game updates either.
This will take 3hr to complete.
