I wish the forum allowed updating posts. I wanted to update the previous post to add the following: a trick to complete the race in Classic mode is to force the game speed to the maximum (where it says "Enable Speedhack" raise it to 500) so that the rival cars go crazy and explode. This is how I was able to complete the mission.
Here's a table I just made for the Steam release.
A lot of things here, so things are in different sections.
Note: motorcycles are not supported, the game WILL crash, so turn off the script if you need to ride one.
Weapon settings
- Infinite Player Ammo; as name suggests
- Low NPC Ammo; NPCs are forced to reload after each shot they fire
- Player Damage Mod; scales the amount of damage the player takes
- NPC Damage Mod; scales the amount non-players take
- Zoomed FOV Mod; scales the FOV while zooming weapon
- Recoil Rate Mod; scales the recoil magnitude (no effect on body movement, so the weapon won't be steady while you move)
- Base Spread Mod; scales the base spread
- Spread Gain Rate Mod; scales the spread gain (when weapon is fired or running)
- Spread Drain Rate Mod; scales the spread drain (when not firing and standing still)
- Sway Rate Mod; scales the sway effect (speed and magnitude)
Car settings
- Max RPM Mod; scales your max. RPM (and with that, max. speed)
- Player Car Power Mod; scales the power of player's car
- NPC Car Power Mod; scales the power of NPC-driven cars (this will cause a problem where your mates are driving - for example, during the garage escape -, so disable it for those parts of the game).
Misc settings
- FOV Scale Mod; scales the FOV (both zoomed and non-zoomed)
- Mission Timer Rate Mod; scales the rate at which mission timer is ticking away. I found only one, when you need to steal the car.
