so after some testing i discovered that (freezing?) health, ammo or flare values causes the game to crash after mission completion all other options function normally. you can still alter the values to a really high number to circumvent the crash and still have the effect work for those 3 stats but you will have to do so at the start of every mission once your plane has loaded in.

I'm still crash after complete mission. I use fearlessrevolution trainer along with this table.
Game had update to new version with cutting edge aicraft series and table still work fine.

Trainer still freezes the values so it will cause the game to crash use the table and manually set the values at the start of the mission to something high like (9000) and you'll be fine just do not Check the box to freeze that code line.

upon further testing the health, health multiplier, flare and all ammo lines are what cause crashing when frozen

hah is there a way for an instant ID in Mission 16-18?? or should I just go full genocide route? even then getting the Ace skin on that mission is still highly annoying

So, I haven't tried this table in a while, so I can't confirm the crashes or anything, but an easy way to do what you're talking about with the "set the values at the beginning of each mission" is with hotkeys. Use the same hotkey for all relevant codes and just have each one set it dumb high. Just make sure it's a button or button combination that you don't naturally use while flying or navigating the menu. L3+R3 is probably a good option.
