slightly modified OP's table, added function for max population (200) in campaign mode.

just load the script, enabling minimum resources is not required.

Thanks for your efforts but I tried using this, I know you posted this a while back, but it doesn't activate. I'm using game version 97381 in campaign mode.

My game got updated to version 97381, it will be really helpful if someone can update the table as older one is no longer working. Thanks in advance
