Game now was updated to 1.3.1

table works though, just cheated the game, loaded older save, got King of all the Isles achievement, yay!

Can't toggle 999999 ruler designer.

That is still broken I think until CD gets around to updating his table im hoping he will have time soon

The 999999 ruler designer should work with the updated 1.3.0 table. Or "it works on my machine", at least. I have only tested it against the steam version, as that is the one I have.

When I tried it with 1.3.0 It acted like it "worked" and activated but when I actually used the Ruler Designer I did NOT have 9999999 points or whatever. Are you saying for you it did give you the high allotment points?

Ah, sorry. I should have pointed to the post with the table as it is buried on page 9
And yes, the Monarch points works. They were the only thing that needed a fix, the rest survived the update.

The 1.3.0 table here still works for 1.3.1

It's only needed if you want to change game rules and still get achievements.
Game rules haven't changed since 1.1.3 as far as I know.

Updated the achievement table with a few pointers, and slightly changed the AOB for manual ironman trigger.

Can I install this on macOS?
