Thank you for the effort and the cheat table
I'm using the v.1.2.1.6 almost everything seems to work, teleport excluded.
The first time I activate it, it works (depends on the place in the map) ...after it was working for 1 time... it does always keep me back in the same place. I thought it was a problem with the expansion (I'm playing Underworld at this time) but it does the same even with the isle in the "first chapter".
Maybe I'm doing something wrong. I don't know.
I'm signing the area in the map with the minus key and then I go to check the value in the cheat table, even if I've got to be fast because the option Teleport (Numpad -) doesn't stay signed than for seconds.
What do I do to regularly activate the Teleport in the game?

My bad, I'm sorry.
Teleport wasn't working for me 'cause I wasn't clicking on the area with the pointer before using the minus key.
It works even with the 1.2.1.6 and with the new DLC.

Btw, look like both MAP options not working.
"All map markers": <<Error in line 15 (mov [rbp+DYSMANTLE.dtor_list_head+7C],01) :This instruction can't be compiled>>
"Enemy markers": activates, but without visible effect.
And "Death counter" (and "total xp" & "current level") pointers seems wrong, shows "???".

Looks like you aren't loading symbols (debug symbols? whatever they are called). The map markers can be changed easily but the death counter, etc, rely on a static symbol. Are you using the steam version? Is there anything unusual about your setup? I don't know what conditions would cause symbols to not load.
