For anyone searching for a knowledge points cheat, I was able to find it like any other value, searching for the 4 bit value and changing the values once its filtered. I was able to get it down to like 20 values after collecting 2 knowledge points and changed the values and it worked. I am now at max knowledge rank and can unlock most of the skills.
How? Can you show the instruction.
How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

To those who lie that I never helped cheat engine community, I am the ONLY one and have been the only one for a LONG TIME - many years - with a cheat engine table for many games usually the first to release and then others look at my work "get inspired" and then release their tables.
Some people are just ungrateful and greedy. They can't see how much I have helped and continue to help the cheat engine community.
Can you please add the option to pick up items from the Store? I think many people don't want to pay for Helix.
Also if possible, add the option for Instant Allie Call Cooldown

Game just crashes when loading, I've removed save files, reinstalled and all that jazz yet still nothing.

I don't think this broke your game, or anyones game, people are also reporting similar issues with trainers like fearlessrevolution and fearlessrevolution (lol ok guess i cant name trainer sites? ) with editing certain materials / amounts. I think whats going on here... is Ubisoft implemented some memory scanning software into the game at bootup, if you pay attention when starting the game and watch the lower right corner, or maybe its left? can't remember. You can see it does a scan for "memory" something, among other things I can't read fast enough as it loads. I think this is Ubisoft at play here shadow banning people who are using cheats to exploit the game because they are scum bags and make money from microtransactions on a single player game. The stuff you guys are trying to edit, they charge for with packs in their store... Maybe someone with experience and know how can look into my theory.
Edit: I just booted the game and it said "Scanning for memory add ons" I've never seen that before with any game and it really feels like whatever that is, is the culprit?

Cielos made an option that allows you to unlock mastery without having to progress the game or have knowledge points, it's the other table in this section.

Games and stories are called "Memories" so I think it's just scanning/verifying DLC content.
