Anyone have Hardcore Risette Fan for the latest Steam version?

Tried to use the address from this forum but it didn't work, showed up 0. I guess it has something to do with the update bring it from 32 bit to 64 bit. Please help me, thank you.

Any way to enable ng+ flags?

Context: I 100% the game.... many times...

I want once again to replay

I have 2 options: Play from 0 but need to do another RUSH playthough for ng+ stuff

OR

Load a NEW GAME PLUS to have said flags on.... but 100% compendium, stats, everything


OPTIONAL: I just now realised a 3rd option: time manipulation -> massive amount of annoying stuff to get true ending -> ng+ with nothing........

Second possibility: anyone has a way to empty (no persona registered) the compendium? AKA NG+ for flags + change/reset everything via cheat engine
