How to use this cheat table?

1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

Was craving to play some HOI4 recently and sad to see Recifense's table had not been updated here in some time. I took the last available table I could find here and updated everything I was able to latest version. I haven't done any extensive testing so forgive me if anything breaks, but I believe all features are working. Enjoy.

It looks like I messed up one of the pointers in the god mode code. I think I've got it figured out but going to test it a little more before I upload the fix.
