hi, i may be stupid, but can you explain step by step on how to change the relique effects?

How to use this cheat table?

1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

-open the game with EAC bypassed/disabled so it starts in offline
-open the table
-attach to the process named "nightreign.exe"
-you will see one option that says "highlighted relic pointer"
-click the box next to that then you should see more options pop up
-you will see Relic 1, Relic 2, Relic 3, Relic 4 (if you choose to use the 4th relic but you have to activate it every time you start the game up)
-for lets say relic 1, it has a passive that does Improved Max HP. on the same line as relic 1 (on the cheat table) you should see some numbers with ":" -that at the end and also what the passive is for said relic (Improved max HP for an example)
-double click that and you will see a window pop up with a drop down button
-click the drop down button
-select what passive you want
-hit OK
-profit

edit: if a relic has empty slots just double click "empty" in the cheat table to add a passive from the menu stated above

is there a new text file with codes ? after table updated to hex code its kinda hard to find option since the text dump file is not useful now

Btw, I first tried to disable EAC by renaming the .exe, but then the game started as start_protected_game.exe instead of nightreign.exe so it didn't work. So I reverted the change and launched the game normally with my internet disconnected so that the game launched as nightreign.exe for the cheat table. I'd feel a lot more comfortable if I didn't have to launch the game through the EAC exe in offline mode.

Theres mods allowing you to start offline on nexus. If youd rather start the game with EAC on, it either wont work or EAC will detect cheat engine and you may get banned.

I have come across a problem using the editor.
I installed it an set everything up and began to edit a relic just to realize that it edited some other relics with the same perk i put onto the one i wanted to edit. For example i used a random relic, gave it bow attack power increased and suddenly the first perk of my my omen fetish relic changed from increase attack after switching weapons to bow attack power increase. I tried to change it back on every single one it didnt belong too but they kept chaning each other. Has anyone else come across this problem and knows how to fix it? (Or atleast give me some advice im not that experienced in CE) thanks!!

The editor only modifies relics that you have equipped on your current character, it is not enough to mouseover a relic in the list or on a different character, you must equip it on the character you are using before it works.

Just found some neat stuff.

You can Deathblight both enemies and bosses.

Also effects that use the "X Happens when Walking" works when placed inside a relic slot.
However doing this in multiplayer will raise eyebrows. The Deathblight however is insanely subtle, it only flashes briefly.,
I'm guessing the effect is multiplicative. I'll need to do further testing to find out if it is or not.

Since i cant read it out of there, as long as i edit the Relics in Offline Mode (EAC Disabled) and Let them be realistic (only 1 Char Specific, no duplicate stats and just whatever can be on one (like no boss specific ones(?)) i can go back into online mode without CURRENTLY being detected/banned, am i correct with this? Sorry i am a scaredy cat and like to make sure

i believe so yes, if the relics look LEGIT then should be fine. also since teammates can see your relics its best to make them look legit

People don't care about your relics. As long as you clear, people won't give a shit what you use.

You can Deathblight both enemies and bosses.

Which id are you using for Deathblight? I tried them and they just blank out the relic slot.

I'm going to assume you're using Fextralife. Fextralife is a public wiki that can be edited by anyone who is a member there.
Fextralife has always been surface level information, it's never been the "go to" for finding out concrete information. If you want concrete information, I suggest looking into Hexiton's Nightreign Discord and Smithbox for actual solid evidence. Everything on that wiki is spectulated and people get information wrong all the time.
