Read the post and you'll find out that it's the Steam Version and that the updated table is for the Romeo and Juliet DLC Update.
How to solve the problem of file hash mismatch after CE injection, File hash mismatch will result in inability to use CT table
Well, the File Hash Mismatch is something I implemented and it does not necessarily prevent anyone from using it, it just lets you know that the game has most likely been updated ever since I made that table and / or that your game version may or may not be supported. If the table does not work with "your" game version, then I can't really help you, because none of you seem to be able to read or use common sense.
The supported game version and platform is listed in the main post, either you start to be more specific or you won't receive any help, easy as that.

Edit:
As of today, even though there is a File Hash Mismatch, everything works:

The current version is 1.02.02.00.26687, and not 1.02.02.00.26685 anymore. That's why there is a file hash mismatch.
Yup Bro SUP.
Figured it out.
Its working even as you said in the mismatch Harsh.
WORKING.
Thnx

How to use this cheat table?
  1. Install Cheat Engine
  2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
  3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
  4. Keep the list.
  5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

as you said the version is what u already see in this image.
As u see the HARSH is diferent.
Not match. The game is up to date and its the steam one. Theres something wrong.
As I've already mentioned — though it seems to keep getting overlooked:

1. The original table was created for version ...X85, while the current version is now ...X87.
2. Naturally, that means there was a small patch, which of course changes the hashed binary.
3. And what does that mean for the table? Absolutely nothing.

The Hash Mismatch is just a WARNING, not some catastrophic failure.

So unless listening has suddenly become optional, please either accept how this works — or maybe consider using someone else's table instead.

Just load the game, load the table and tick the options. It should work fine.
