Dragon Quest III HD 2D Remake [Switch,Ryujinx] [+58]

Steam/Windows Store version table is located here

It appears the Switch version has leaked and you can play via Ryujinx. I started a table for this version, but will also do a table for the PC version when it arrives tomorrow. I may add some more things to this version as I play a little of it.

I am using the latest Ryujinx that was released (1.1.1403) and the 1.01 version of the game.

I attempted to add Damage Modifier options. I believe they work, but let me know of any issues. Ryujinx always has issues with recompiling code and changing things the further you play the game, so I usually have to have a couple of Activate Trainer doing the same thing and one usually works.

EDIT 3:

I tried porting over the work I've been doing on the Steam/Windows Store version table over here to Ryujinx. I was able to add some things, but other options are going to be hard to find for this version due to the different code base.

EDIT 3.5:

I figured out a way to port over the following highly requested option for this table:

EDIT 4.5:

I reworked Damage Modifier to make it work better similar to the table for the Steam version. I cleaned up the Activate Trainers so you only have to Activate a couple. Unfortunately, it takes some time to activate everything, so please be patient when you press it. This is due to how Ryujinx handles things for this game and also because it is an emulator.

EDIT 5.0:

I ported over the MP Damage options from the Steam version table.

[*]Hero MP Damage Multiplier
[*]Enemy MP Damage Multiplier

EDIT 5.5:

Okay, I spent more time on this table to port over some of the more recent additions to the Steam version:

[*]Infinite Items
[*]Only On Usage In And Out of Battle
[*]Item Gain Multiplier (Excludes Transfers)

I added an option under Infinite Items to Only affect things when you use an item in or out of battle and I also ported over the Item Gain Multiplier. I plan on starting a run on Ryujinx to test if anything breaks as I play like some have said. Enjoy!

EDIT 5.75:

There was an issue I found with Item Gain Multiplier that I fixed in this update (wasn't working when picking up items around town).

EDIT 6.0:

I tested the table some more and the only things that broke for me were the recent additions I made. I have reworked some of those, but Infinite Item On Use In or Out of Battle might not be totally correct and I don't have much more time to rework it. Making codes work all the time with emulator code is kind of a tough battle. Ryujinx has been known to recompile code the further you play the game, so I'm not sure if things will work throughout or not. I attempted to speed up some of the Activate Trainers (takes 3 or so minutes for me now).

EDIT 6.5:

I figured out a way to fix the Infinite Item Usage In or Out of Battle. I believe it shall now work correctly. With the option on, you can transfer between the bags and character inventory and also sell items, but when you use an item in battle or out of battle, it will be infinite.

How to use this cheat table?
  1. Install Cheat Engine
  2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
  3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
  4. Keep the list.
  5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

This is coming out on Steam as well, do you intend to convert to Steam version at all?

May I make a suggestion that the infinite items, if possible, only works from item/equipment bags? You can't organize as the items will just stay on the characters.

Yeah, not sure I have time to do anything with that tonight, but maybe before the PC version releases tomorrow. For now, you have to turn it off to organize.

Hello , quick stats cheat with this table:

- go to the HP pointer -> Browse memory region
- Count down 4 rows
- Count right 4 columes

That's your address for Strength from seed of strength

RES , AGIL and so on are a few bytes after that. Change them to 999 or whatever.

Will be great if someone make a pointers.

How can I find addresses to change a character's vocation or personality? They do not appear to be around HP or STRENGTH.

I want our hero to learn the abilities of other vocations, and I want other characters to learn the abilities of hero.

Does anyone know if this works with Suyu? and/or can someone help a noob like me figure out how to make this work? I've never used something like this before.

Or if someone can help me figure out how to use cheat engine for the gold in this game so I can just max out my gold, that would be great--- the normal gold cheat methods for most games don't seem to work with this game on suyu so I can't find the correct address
