I tried what vl1adiaxlee posted and it helped massively with finding the codes, thanks a bunch vl1adiaxlee! However still didnt get the patriot to drop in game.
Apologies but could someone give me some tips / step by step on how to get any of these working? Cheers!
Has anyone done anything with finding the hexcodes for stratagems? Would like to see if I can get a list of the unreleased stratagems and play with them. I managed to grab these two from the interwebs.
MG43: 8F F3 9E 11
Patriot Exosuit: A2 8F 4F 1B
If you go to /Helldivers 2/data/game/generated_stratagem_settings.dl_bin and swap the MG43 hex with the patriot you can equip it.
Also on linux I can just boot up the game and run CE with protonhax and it just works.
Any idea how i could go about doing this? Im trying to use HxD but i havnt been able to accomplish anything

Honestly, I'm not sure how the game decides what will show up and what won't, most of those when swapped to something else just cause the original stratagem to simply vanish from your pre-mission list, I'm too tired to figure it out so I'm going to go to bed. For some reason, the normal patriot works fine but not the obsidian or the other vehicles and bleh, you might need to unlock the thing that you're replacing with it though (MG43)
As for HxD specific instructions.. I dunno, I use notepad++ with a hex plugin these days, or when that fails I go to 010. I don't think there's major differences though, I used to use HxD a bunch when I was messing with saves on an old jailbroken PS4 years ago, and all of those programs behave pretty similiar to each other.
really tried my best to understand everything in the last 30 pages. id appreciate it if anyone can like give me a whole summary of what to do to get the cheats up and running. i also wouldnt mind if i can tag in for a sample run with someone who has the cheats working. thank you <3

Im going to continue looking through and testing each stratagem to see what currently locked starts i can get to work if possible. Hopefully more people come forward with cool stuff too. Happy Hunting!

All works fine but Stamina and No Reload stratagem (recoiless rifle) doesnt work, what i've to do, there's an update of the Cheat table? Thank you for all guys.
I'm not sure if these are correct. The machine gun/patriot swap mentioned earlier (which works almost flawlessly) uses a different code for the MG43 than what you have listed: 8F F3 9E 11 vs A2 8F 4F 1B
EDIT: Yeah, the machine gun and basic combat walker are backwards on your list.
Also, I'm not sure if it's relevant or has already been stated elsewhere, but "Obsidian" is the mech variant with quad autocannons instead of an HMG and rocket pod.
EDIT EDIT: NVM, they weren't backwards, I just misunderstood the process.

Ok I think its possible to play a short mission like kill all 150 automaton, solo, activate samples cheat and extact b4 it kicks u, was able to finish mission in 3:40 on hard

To get the samples script to work:load CE> load tables > launch hl2.exe > open process, then in game select a mission and right before going into hellpods, load samples script, then close CE. Can run for hours just fine. the later u load samples script the more likely that u will get kick at 10min (API error 1002), but u can NOT load the samples script right when u start the game. u do have to pick up at least 1 samples though, but it will be 500/249/99
For some reason, I'm only getting 30/15/10 when I use the samples, which is better than nothing, but still more of a grind than I'd like. How do I get the max samples? I've tried both sample scripts at the same time, and individually.
