After testing since FM23, I can confirm that 'Accelerate Players Development' is not working as it should for reserve or youth teams. Even when I set the Filter to False or True, only my first team is affected.
The previous system was a bit more limited, but it was more functional and faster than the current one (having to search for the club and add it is a bit of a pain... maybe doing it the way it was before and automatically selecting the club your manager is at would be efficient).
I think it will be a good idea. I'll consider to make it.
Maybe adding an "All Teams" option in the dropdown menu would also be efficient, or investigate if there's a problem with the filters?
Set Use Filter -> False will ignore Team Selection filter and make script affects all teams in the club (II clubs, A/B/C teams, etc. are excluded since they have different pointers).
Squad registration does not work. I tried all registration as i had two deadline day players come in on loan and they are still unregistered. I then tried the unlockable option of squad registration anytime and that too doesn't work.
Also what is the Legends tab for? I saw a lot of players of my old football glory days. Can these players be added into present save and team??

it set a player you want to match legend CA/PA, say u can use it on Rashford to become Pele if u want

haha very nice. Rashford doesn't deserve that from me. I'm selling him off once January window opens as i typically start every new save with first window closed.
