Here is my table for Daymare: 1994 Sandcastle.

Some values need to be frozen or they will changed back.
If you set "DamageResilience" to 0 you will have a GodMode.
For your MPG 510-K
Set "ShootTime and RecoilOffsetPitch" to 0 (freeze both) and you will shoot very accurately
Activating the Frostgrip before you even get to the weapon is possible.
When you get the weapon then, it is very likely that your character has an optical creepy glitch.
But otherwise there should be no problems.
The other options should be self-explanatory.
