Updated the achievement table. Removed the forced ironman since you can get achievements with mods and without ironman now. Added a check for console used, so the save shouldn't be marked and you won't have to load the game with the achievement script running to fix it (hopefully).
How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

Hi! Do you know if this also works in multiplayer? As it seems if i deactivate ironman while in multiplayer it still says i can't use them cause i'm in a multiplayer game

One question... will this allow me to re-enable achievements on a save file from a previous patch that had achievements disabled due to mod use?
Maybe. It is always a bit iffy when you got between patches. You could try to start the game, attach CE and table, enable the achievement script, and load the game. If you are lucky when you save the game again it might work. You might have to set the Ironman bool manually (expand the "Debug" under the Achievement script).

No guarantees though.
Just wanted to report back that following these steps DID work to restore achievements.
Updated the achievement table for 1.9.1.0. Only ruler designer points needed touching as far as I could tell.
Also added some experimental bits for main char pointer (not sure if it is stable, but seems to be in my test games), and tried to make a god mode for armies in battles (also not sure if this works, but it seems to).
Updated the achievement table to 1.9.2.0.
Almost all character pointers have been updated, the ruler designer points and the main character bits. Not really well tested, so leave a message if an offset is.. off (or anything else doesn't work)
Edit: And a quick update for gender and sexual orientation. If you downloaded the first table, you can just change the offsets from 160 and 161 to 168 and 169.
