haha sorry, I've been playing so much Path of Exile that I simplified quantity to quant, btw dont change, can crash or mess up the item.
How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

Changing item stats doesn't seem to work.
The numbers in the description change, but they have no effect on the character, and are not recorded in the statistics.
Checked on the "luck" and "chance of item drop" stats.
Changed values of the accessory.
Or maybe I was doing something wrong?

u cant change the item stat but u can change ur gear effect.use the browse memory,look for luck=c353 and change to melee damage =5eb0

For the people that say that item editing crash, it's because some genius forgot that hex value are represented in reverse when interpreted in CE, while the ID table on the sheet is raw, to simplify:
RAW:6538
ID ON TABLE NEED TO BE:3865
Either remember to invert it, change the sheet or just open manually the pointer and edit from there.

Well, then we definitely need something for the item drop chance, soul cores drop chance, and luck.
I can find and change the luck stat (since it's just flat 4 bytes value), but I can't do anything with the item drop stats.
fearlessrevolution trainer has this feature, but it also significantly increases gold drop rate too.
