It's not the game "breaking" it's the anti cheat flagging your game. Use Cielos' table it has a built in anti-anti cheat.

How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

You need to use the ANTI CHEAT to prevent the AC from triggering and blocking you in-game. Its not a bug, its intentional.

Tested it well and all seems to work
Does this still work? can't seem to activate the anti-cheat part, probably doing it wrong
