Here you go, new game plus save at the beginning with Summer Sunglasses and Soldier Bikini F in inventory.

Also equipped the MC and ArFa-Sys with dual wield(and sword+gun).

I just tested the special gear flag and it worked.

Just follow the instructions on my previous post and make sure to do it in town or

try changing maps after activating special gear flag on the equipped weapon.

it should be noted that item "ids" arent consistent since they are technically just unreal string index values. I never got around to making an index puller

Still looking for a way to hack their weapons. I've found the addresses but it only seems to work for clothes and accessory.

When I tried to change their weapons only their status menu got affected, they still used their default weapons in field.

Does anyone have any idea how/if it's possible to do this?

About the weapons, just like how I try to change the pre-oder DLC weapons to legendary, but just the display change, not weapons at all. Only materials, accessories, outfits work.

I meant changing npc's equipped weapon, like giving Kirito a handgun.

Sure.

I don't know if it will work though, I've only tested it on 1.1.2 and I made this with AoB Scan so wait a bit before the address(es) load then change the value.

Also, each NPC has 2 slots for clothes, one is their default outfit(if you never give them anything/still in new game) and the other is the clothes you've given them to wear, so make sure you edit the right one.



[spoiler]For example, let's say you gave Kureha Daybreak Coat F before through gifting and she's still wearing that, to modify her clothes(say you're on NG+ and have not maxed affinity), change "Clothes (Given)" value. But if she's wearing her default wear from the beginning(or you told her to switch back), then change "Clothes (Kureha Default)" value instead to modify her clothes.[/spoiler]



To use:

-Run the game, load the the table

-In CE, activate "Current Selected NPC Equipment"

-In game, open friend menu, add the npc/friend to your party

-From the party menu, select that character and view his/her status, e.g. Kureha's Status

-In CE, select/collapse the character you selected, e.g. Kureha(make sure other characters are deselected so you don't edit the wrong one)

-Change the value(s) of clothes/accessory you want(use current selected item script to get the item id you need)

-Back in game, go back and view the character's status again to see the changes



It's pretty messy over all, there should be a better way to do this, maybe if someone can pointer scan the whole thing and get all the addresses without viewing character status each time.

Yeah, just like I said, I only try to change id string weapon, and that not work. Your method is same, just change the id string weapon. No no, I can change any of my weapons just fine, I can change my Photon sword to another sword or a gun/anything else and it works for me and my ArFa-Sys(not just display, the model and status change).

What doesn't work is changing npc's equipment, only their status menu change but their actual moveset seems to be somewhere else.

Ah, you're right, it doesn't work when the weapons are from different category, last time I only tried changing Kotetsu(Purple Photon sword) to Masamune(Blue Photon sword) and it worked with proper stats, model etc, but just now I tried changing a sword to a gun, and it turns out the sword is still in gun category.

Maybe it will work if you can just change the weapon category.

I'm still trying to figure it out but I got this lol:

Now the status menu changes properly, before it only changes the weapon name, now it actually changes the skillset as well(in Kirito's case, it becomes empty when I equip him with a sniper rifle).

Yep, it seems to work without problem. It's just he doesn't have any skills equipped so he only shoots and uses gadgets.

He no longer has Hyper Awareness either lol.

If someone can just figure out how to edit equipped skills, it would be perfect.

This is one of the things I wanted to do from the very beginning(the other is being able to dual wield/sword+gun from the start) so I'm glad it's finally achieved.

The last thing I want now is to give Itsuki an accessory but I have absolutely no idea how to do that.

can you tell me where you can find the ids for weapons or at least your method? Im at a loss on that regard
