Unlock most weapons in shop, without gaussrifle.

Very rough edit, but working.

Place files in SteamsteamappscommonBATTLETECHBattleTech_DataStreamingAssetsdatashops

Dont forget to edit SimGameConstants.json for shop inventory limit (read post 72)

In game fly to system with "manufacturing"

The easiest way is to just patch [ICODE]this.AllowDebug[/ICODE] within [ICODE]SimGameState[/ICODE] to true. Also enables a nifty little auto-win feature on missions.

Edit: It's for the latest steam version, but I don't see why it wouldn't work for the latest GOG version. Also: .BATTLETECHBattleTech_DataManaged is the one to replace.

Mmm.... there are 2 Assembly-CSharp file locations



One in: C:GOG GamesBATTLETECHBattleTech_DataStreamingAssets oolswinDisplayDetector_DataManaged



Another one: C:GOG GamesBATTLETECHBattleTech_DataManaged



I think the last one is the most reasonable one

Download the file from one of the links RaDeX was kind enough to post. Replace the file in BATTLETECHBattleTech_DataManaged. Load the game into your campaign and press Left Ctrl + Shift + Minus Key. NOT the Minus Key on the numpad.



One more thing people, I'm fucking stupid but I can at least read that's all it takes. Read what the pros are doing and be patient. Have a great one I'm going back to lurking.

First of all thank you to everyone that has done and shared the table, files and instructions on how to use them.

Unfortunatly when i replace the Assembly-CSharp.dll the game crashes on start(yes it's the right one), i've tried editing it but i'm too dumb and can't do it

Well there is another similar approaching: open SimGameConstants.json, change DefaultShopRefreshRate, DefaultShopMaxInventory & DefaultShopMaxSpecials.

I have no idea how to open the debug widget, and the links that RaDeX posted gave me files that will not open. The first is all ads that I can see, the other two have files that my unzip programs say are corrupted or broken.

Ok i will try to explain it for you guys, so you can do it yourselves.

What Radex did was set the boolean parameter AllowDebug to true.

1) You need net reflector and reflexil

2) open the csharp assembly with net reflector

3) navigate to Assembly csharp, battletech, simgamestate, onfirstplayinit (in this method you have to do the actual thing.)

4)Now open reflexil (tools-> reflexil) go to instructions select the first entry and do create new

5)in opcode field put ldc.i4.1 and leave everything else as it is and click append before the selection

6)then click again the first instruction, do create new, use opcode starg.s, then in operand type select parameter reference, and in operand select (1) allowDebug (System.Boolean).

7)click appen after selected instruction, and you're done with the modification.

8)One last thing: you need to save the file. So select assembly c sharp in net reflector, click with right mouse button on it, reflexil-> save file, and save it with the original name.

does anyone know which files to look into to change the after battle GUI where you select the salvage, I would like to be able to have more then 7 in there but have to edit the gui files for that to occur, or else if i have more than 7 priority loot you cant click continue.

I was fiddling around with reputation stuff and managed to get huge amounts of rep, win or lose, with the faction you're fighting FOR and AGAINST. The only problem is that the rep for the MRB was at around 3 or 4 stars and now it's at 150000 numerically, but i lost all my stars. Help!

meh, once again that dll crashes my game, i guess steam and gog versions arnt compatible, i tried following the above explantation, but im using DNspy, since thats only editor that doesnt give me errors when trying to save. When i use the otehr editors i always get an error that reflexil cant save the assembly.



Seems you can enable debug mode with a more simple registry entry, check link on pcgamer for details:
