[Help] Final Fantasy VII Remake Swap Character

I'm willing to pay for my time Anyone who can teach and do the type in this video. If possible I would like to pay by Paypal.
What I can do is that I can replace characters into characters like NPCs Rude and Reno, but my goal is to play Sephiroth and other characters who can use NPC skills through skill hotkeys in the game. All this must be done through the Cheat Engine.
