Help! I couldn't freeze the value for G-Darius HD

I found addresses relates to the power ups, each power up item I picked reflects the value, but I couldn't freeze them.
Using 'what writes to this address' to all the addresses pops the result. It seems like the value was writing to the address through the same Op Codes all the time, even if the power ups aren't picked.
I also tried fuzzy search, didn't work out either, it shows the same address as the precise search.
Could somebody tell me how to find/freeze values for those ? Thanks
