FIFA Manager Question

Hey i have a question i have this value for Form,Fitness and so on. I found the value and also the pointer so i get it right everytime i load up the game. The problem is the pointer is only for the player im looking at right now. I also have found the ESI which i think stands for the player im chaning the values of. Is there any way to find the adresses of all the players that are on my team and change the form of all of them simultaneously ?
