for example :

open with editor/notepad++
replace Common with epic (or legendary) in there

i think you can edit all Loot tables in this folder - but thats a thing of patience i dont have atm to test

Doesn't seems to work. I used your attached file and i still get common loots.

is this working for anyone?

If you go on Nexus site, a guy had made a mod like this, with 3 choices, all loot legendary, or 2 better quality multiplier. For now tho, its not possible to change the rewards of the missions, only the crates you can loot around the map. The game it's ever connected to the microsoft servers, this limit the change you can made to some game variables because some files are overwritten by default every time you launch the game.

or just download from first post and replace ...(make backup first of original file)

Well, im happy to know that this works for you. As i said before, at least for me, even aver changing every value to legendary, or using your modded files, the missions rewards keep to be the standard ones. Nothing changed. Loot crates are all Legendary, but only them.

You have to start a new game to change the loot grade.

For you. Some us, it does't work. Copied over the provided modified CSV tables. Started a new game. All mission rewards have been common. The issue here may be that this method doesn't work for the Windows Store version?
