Dark Souls Remastered (DSR) Change Playthrough

Was hoping a Dark Souls Save Editor (DSSE) existed for DSR but can't seem to find anything. Found the cheat table - thank you for this - and looking to get started with it. Unsure how to do a couple of thing(s) -
Change game cycle - from NG to NG+7
Want to set up a couple of characters. Specifically a SL1 NG+7 run and a Dark Bead cheese run.

EDIT:: Found item ids list and short video explaining it. Still havne't found a way to change playthrough for DSR
