Help with Road Rash

Hello guys,
I need all of your help to change a few things is Road Rash 95 (ElectronicArts).
Whenever I reach the finish line, we can't control the bike anymore and the camera zooms out and then fades. I want to prevent/delay that from happening because I want to see whats beyond the finish line.
Basically I am trying to achieve what this guy tried to do :-
Also, is there any way I can change the maximum speed the bike goes to or change the amount of speed nitro boost gives us?
