Making MW3 survival juggernaut as teammate

Hello everyone. I'm new here. I got an question for you guys who knows everything of using cheat engine. I play MW3 and i like the survival mode. Now here is my question. On survival mode after each 4 waves come an enemy juggernaut from helicopter. Is it possible to make that juggernaut as your teammate with cheat engine? Here i got an video of it and i like to see that enemie juggernaut as my teammate. Is it possible?
