just unzip the files to main railway empire japan folder and run .fuk Pack (quickbms).bat

made this for 1.14 version of railway empire japan , won't work for other versions


you may use unpack-pack tool for your own mods but when packing it only works for ini files so delete other files.

Gameplaying tip: just build 2 of same good big warehouses with tracks and trade with trains which simplifies game rules alot.
but remember one warehouse has to be source of goods other needs to be storage. dont make them both storage.

what my mod does

- prevent ai construction (sometimes cant thats when you need money cheat with cheat engine to buy them off)
- big warehouses and big stations have insane range, really makes game easy
- no oil,water,sand,fuel needed for trains
- trains does not break
- no difference between freight, mixed, passenger trains (did not test)
- faster InnovationPoint with university construction.
- cities demand less (really needed, factories still demand goods) if you are stuck because of this just move goods to warehouses.
- no crew unhappiness
- ai cant steal crew
- extreme acceleration that helps to be express train (dont use fastest train unless you are tasked for express line.)
- very high passenger happiness
- no slow down on snow
- automobiles should use machine parts instead of tools, i fixed it on last jap scenario.

just change line in raildata.ini
site_radius = 150.0, 220.0, 90000.0

to whatever you want instead of 90000 if you dont want warehouse range cheat.

much better mod for railway empire crossing andes.

technology search has much better effect on trains and also more stable, does not break game.

-very large area of supply with big stations
-i think wagons carry 10X more goods not sure

Thanks! Just a quick question, was never interested in this game, but idk, seemed to like it just a few days ago, but how do I remove these options?

data2\__fukroot__\ini
there are .ini files
technology.ini, vehicle.ini and senario.ini is what you want to edit
but you will have to mass edit them since there are lots of them or just edit the scenario you want to edit.
then run .bat file

Tip about playing game: with big radius cheat big warehouses are important, when you put a good in it, it distrubutes to all cities on map that needs the good. The second thing is when you send a train to pick up a good to a warehouse it pulls the good from all map including cities which is extremely usefull. So build 2 big warehouses and manually transfer a good with trains from one warehouse to the other. The game becomes warehouse empire instead of railway empire.

reinstall game

delete all ini files except vehicle.ini files on data2 folder and you are done.

The ini files are txt self expained

you will have to run bat file after you are done.

Can you do any for campaign to unlock the technologies early?

change technology.ini
u can use an app like wildreplace to replace them all.
