Can you let me know what item you added? I'm trying to reproduce, but I'm not getting it.
The game now requires new flags to be set to specify if an item is equippable and an aditional flag for weapons and shields.
Just added a dagger, a shield, and a piece of armor:

You're using 3.0.212? Which version of the game. Steam or GoG?

Mind sending me a save game? If you did it with an older version of the editor, those flags are probably not set correctly. Delete and recreate the item.

i found an unobtainable unique item they are called Buru's Boots (Finesse). they are not on the list of your mod. the way i found them is by using the cheat console command. also they are unstashable by default. so if ever you add them to the list would be nice if they become stashable by default. i have a feeling theres multiple levels as well since the boots mentions its level 24. i posted a RAR file with an image of the boots so you know how it looks. password below.

i found ID codes for other levels for the boots.
Levels
- 14 = 1AC6E8
- 16 = 1ACCD7
- 18 = 1ACCD8
- 20 = 1ACCD8
- 22 = 1ACCDA
- 24 = 1ACCDB
- 29 = 0ADDFC
