Yeah but it might not unlock truly all but a decent amount.(mainly due to League restrictions)

After testing it works, even locked ones can still be viewed

here's some QoL idea's (not really needed but nice to have )
1: Boss Attempts Refill
Cheat that will refill all 5 attempts for the bosses in Events, technically they can be refilled using gems but this might be less risky (i think)

Cheat that will complete all Daily & Weekly Quests making them ready to collect

similar to idea number 2 but this for Guild(Alliance) Quest

I made a smurf account just to try, but I'm really scared about what kind of resouces are safe to modify.
When I tried the chest manager in an older version of the tool the anticheat immediately chaught me

For now you have to create new account because the ban bypass was patched by devs.

the best way to never get cought is to pretend you are F2P player

1. Never keep gems on your account having 5k gems is very suspicious and more then that you are pretty much begging to be banned
2. Never use paid commanders, they cost 5k gems and having them in League 30-20 will make your account suspicious (Wanda, Gia,Alexa,Roxie,S0lt)
3. don't use event roulette, appearing in leaderboards can be very risky, and we don't know if devs do check on them
4. don't use Relationships skins, players and devs can see them when viewing your account even some of top 150 in the world don't have skins

(i been using the cheat carefully for week now and still didn't get banned)

yeah, those relationship Outfits, from all Players i checked, only the Top 1 Player had them all(while the Top 2-20 had only a few of them), and that aren't even all relationship skins that exist.
So having them is probably not the best idea.

There are many factors to count in and there will never be a definitive answer.(except when its 100% ban chanche)
Buying stuff in the game will not protect you from bans, while it may help to swindle the automatic anticheat but only to a very small degree since its always factored it as well how much you purchase. So i can not recommend doing that on accounts you cheat on.
Its all about not making progress so fast that its basically illogical so the anticheat picks up on that and bans you within minutes.(like the guy who added 200k souls at once and banned within minutes)
There is other factors like reports, your army too overpowered for your league? people will check your profile and report if your account stats seem sus for the army you have. Even if you are offline people will play against your profile and still may report you for such things.
climbing event leaderboards is the same, people will likely end up reporting you.
And a report is likely a death sentence for your account.

TLDR: Cheating is risky.

Will you include the missing outfits and the new mascot in the upcoming updates? By the way, I haven't been banned for a week now. I’ve unlocked all the girls, all the mascots, and all the champions! I’m avoiding moving up to higher leagues because it would draw too much attention, and I’m not joining alliance wars either. My previous ban was probably because of that.

i not do a fake buy or add outfit and mascot. only adding some ragetta pts and some souls 10% only not much. This 200k smels actually ban ))
